We often find that most of the candidates that we place with companies come
from our existing candidates telling their friends about our company or
existing et candidates telling us about their friends.
We have therefore decided to make this process rewarding for our candidates and
beneficial to our clients.
How the system works:
All et jobs that are listed on the website have the option to apply or
refer.You can click to refer a candidate.Then you will be asked to give the
details of the referral. We will then contact that candidate 48hours after you
have given us the referral.This allows you time to inform the candidate that
the have been referred by you.
Additionally you have the option of referring candidates anonymous in which
case we will contact the candidate but will not inform them that you were the
refer.
The benefits of referring candidates:
1. You are assisting a friend/ colleague to be informed of a new opportunity.
This may lead to them changing their job and earning a higher income!!

For your work and assistance,
We will pay out the referral fee, as per the appointed
salary of the successful referred candidate, according to the table below.

How to access your referral history:
After you logon to your et member account, you will see menu “my referral
history” on the left side. This menu can access when your profile/resume will
be approve or fill completed data follow as our condition. This menu allows you
to track all your referrals and their status.
Terms & Condition:
1. ET reserves the right to change the conditions and terms of this program at
any time and without prior notice.
2. If the candidate is already in our database then the system will tell you so
and not accept the referral.
3. We pay the referral fee once the candidate has been working at the company
for four
months after the start date of the successful candidate.
4. ET will deduct holding tax 5% from the referral fee.
Example: Salary of referral person = 10,000 Baht
Referral fee = 1,000 Baht (with holding tax 5% )
You
will get real income 950 Baht
5. The fee that is paid is based on the agreed figure between the client and
the candidate. As such any figures that are given are therefore only rough
approximations.
6. The company will automatically deduct from the referral fee any bank fee or
bank charge that may occurred in transferring to upcountry bank account.
