1: Job Order Entry:
We receive notification your job order through on-line database client order
entry or from your eT account manager. if you need an eT account manager,

2: Pre-Sales Consultancy:
We work with you to qualify your job order, to agree:
. Appropriate service level requirement: silver, gold, platinum
. Appropriate focus team: Internetworking, Finance, Database/Web, Custom
. Project expertise needs: Planning, Design, Implementation or Operation (PDIO)
. Technical skills and experience profile(s)
. Management skills and experience profile(s)
. Contract and/or permanent staffing requirements profile
3: Requirements Specification:
Formalize job order requirements in a Statement of Work (for contingency
engagements) or a Professional Service Contract (for retainer-based services).
4: Resource Search:
We engage our Resource Sales Team to find the resources you need. Every
candidate offered, regardless of the selected service level product, will have
already been technically tested, interviewed and screened. You may also
pre-select your own short-list from our on-line database's IT Professional
search engine. We perform your search as follows:
. Silver Service: We search on our IT Professional Database and
also recruit from the open market
. Gold Service: We produce a staffing plan and search for your
entire team requirement from our database, from the open market and through
targeted recruiting (Gold customers also receive priority access to candidates)
. Platinum Service: We work directly with you and with
candidates, on a personal basis, to locate and recruit top people for key
positions.
5: Staff Placement:
We introduce the selected IT Professionals or teams to your organization and
formalize the placement with a contract drawn up under our standard Terms and
Conditions. (We can advise you on compensation and benefits market conditions,
as an additional service)
6: Contract Support:
Your Account Manager will continue to support and advise you after the new
staff are in place. As well as reviewing progress of the project and your
satisfaction with the current service offered - and working to constantly
improve that service - your account manager will work proactively with you on
any new staffing and recruiting requirements.
7: After-sales service:
At a mutually agreed time close to the end of a contract, you and your account
manager will define a plan for winding up the project activity of your eT
staff.
